The overall production process of PC brick making machine is standardized and clear, with orderly connection of each process and a high degree of process standardization. In the early stage of production, staff need to crush and screen raw materials such as sand and gravel, solid waste aggregates, etc., and screen out aggregates with compliant particle size for classification and storage. The equipment can automatically complete the measurement and feeding operations according to the preset ratio, mixing the bottom aggregate mixture and the surface colored fabric mixture separately. Different maintenance methods correspond to different product strength growth cycles. After meeting the maintenance standards, surface refinement processing such as shot blasting, water grinding, and splitting can be carried out according to project requirements.
There is no fixed standard for the actual production capacity of PC brick making machines, which may fluctuate due to multiple factors such as random configuration, personnel proficiency, material ratio, and equipment daily operation and maintenance status. The publicly available production capacity data in the industry can only be used as a reference. Under normal production conditions, small fixed models are suitable for small-scale and small batch production scenarios, with relatively limited daily output scale; The rotary table model has good coordination among various processes and its production capacity is at a medium level in the industry; The fully automatic assembly line model has a higher degree of automation in operation and is suitable for large-scale, large-scale, and normalized production scenarios. Production enterprises can adjust product specifications and categories by replacing specialized customized molds. The various concrete pavement products produced can be applied to public pavement scenarios such as urban sidewalks, garden trails, community roads, and non motorized vehicle lanes.
Energy consumption and environmental performance are important reference directions for current equipment iteration and upgrading. The new generation PC brick making machine equipped with a variable frequency control system has smoother energy consumption fluctuations and better energy consumption control performance than traditional non variable frequency models. The noise generated by equipment operation meets the noise emission control standards of industrial plants. Enclosed structures are often used for dust generating processes such as batching and mixing, which can reduce dust overflow and improve the production environment. The entire production process does not require clay sintering, does not occupy natural clay resources, and can absorb a large amount of various industrial solid wastes.
