Practice of integration of maintenance strategy and TPM system of wet roadside curb multi-station molding machine
As the key equipment of municipal engineering construction, the multi-station molding machine for wet kerb directly affects the construction efficiency and the quality of finished products. In order to build a long-term operation and maintenance mechanism, it is necessary to deeply integrate TPM concept and form an equipment management system covering the whole life cycle. This paper systematically expounds the equipment maintenance strategy by combining the industry technical specifications and TPM implementation framework.
First, the construction of TPM systematic management framework
According to the theory of TPM's eight pillars, it is necessary to establish a three-dimensional management system based on independent maintenance, supported by professional maintenance and centered on preventive maintenance. Referring to the TPM Promotion Guide of China Equipment Management Association, enterprises should set up an inter-departmental promotion team, formulate a standardized operation book (SOP) covering equipment cleaning, lubrication and spot inspection, and define the responsibility boundary between operators and maintenance personnel.
Second, deepen the ability of independent maintenance
Operators need to master the basic condition monitoring skills of equipment. According to the implementation case of a municipal machinery enterprise, 65% of potential faults can be found in advance through the "five senses point inspection method" (visual inspection, ear inspection, hand touch, nose smell and oral inquiry). It is recommended to carry out equipment cleaning activities for 10 minutes every day, focusing on checking the fastening status of vibrating screen and hydraulic pipeline joints. According to the data of an equipment manufacturer, the mean time between failure (MTBF) can be extended by 30% for equipment that insists on independent maintenance.
Third, the professional maintenance system optimization
Professional maintenance teams should establish equipment health files and identify risk levels of key components by using FMEA (Failure Mode and Impact Analysis) tools. The hydraulic system needs to implement three-stage filtration system: oil tank return filtration (10μm), pump inlet filtration (25μm) and system bypass filtration (5μm). The report of a testing organization shows that the implementation of multi-stage filtration can maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic oil at NAS 7 level and extend the oil replacement cycle to 4000 hours.
Fourth, preventive maintenance and intelligent upgrade
Introduce predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analyzer and infrared thermal imager. Taking the spindle bearing as an example, the abnormal vibration in the frequency band of 0.1-1kHz can be captured by frequency spectrum analysis, and the fault can be warned 2-4 weeks in advance. The practice of a construction enterprise shows that vibration monitoring improves the accuracy of bearing replacement cycle prediction to 85%. It is suggested to establish an equipment health management system (EHMS), which integrates multi-parameter monitoring modules such as temperature, pressure and current.
Five, die life cycle management
Mold management needs to run through the whole process of design, use, repair and scrapping. 3d scanner is used to detect the deformation of the cavity regularly, and the repair procedure is started when the tolerance exceeds ±0.15mm. The research of a scientific research institute shows that the laser cladding repair technology can prolong the service life of the mold by 2-3 times. It is suggested to establish a mold history card to record key information such as material, heat treatment process and repair records.
Six, lean lubrication management
Implement the "five-fixed and three-filtered" lubrication system: personnel, timing, fixed point, quality and quantity; Leading oil filtration, drum filtration, refueling filtration. The spindle bearing is supplied with oil by an automatic lubricating pump, and a 0.5MPa pressure switch is set to monitor the oil supply status. According to the data provided by a lubrication technology company, accurate lubrication can reduce the bearing temperature rise by 5-8℃ and the noise value by 3-5dB.
