Technical Analysis of Processing Standardized Roadside Stone by Wet Roadside Stone Multi-station Molding Machine
In the construction of municipal roads, kerbstone, as a symbolic component of the road edge, its standardized production is directly related to the engineering quality and construction efficiency. Through automatic technology and high-precision processing technology, wet-process curb multi-station molding machine has realized the whole process of standardized production from raw material proportioning to finished product output, and has become the core equipment to promote the industrialization process of road construction.
I. Technical Framework and Process Principle of Equipment
The multi-station molding machine for wet kerb adopts modular design, which integrates core units such as high-precision batching system, hydraulic vibration compaction device and automatic demoulding mechanism. Raw material mixing and metering
The equipment is equipped with an electronic weighing module and a screw conveyor, and cement, aggregate and additives are mixed according to a preset ratio through a dynamic compensation algorithm. The measured data show that the batching error can be controlled within 1%, and the strength and stability of concrete can reach C30 standard.
Vibration compaction molding
Adopting the combination of variable frequency vibration motor and customized mold, the dynamic adjustment range of vibration frequency reaches 30-60Hz. Through bidirectional accurate control, this technology makes the concrete realize three-dimensional compaction in the mold cavity, the porosity of the product is reduced to below 8%, and the compressive strength is increased by 25% compared with the traditional technology.
Multi-station cooperative operation
The equipment is equipped with three stations: raw material supply, molding pressing and demoulding transfer, and the seamless connection of processes is realized through PLC control system. The single cycle period is shortened to 45 seconds, which is 300% higher than that of single-station equipment, and the daily output can reach 1500 standard kerbs.

The standardization of roadside stones should meet the triple standards of geometric size, physical properties and appearance quality. The wet forming machine is realized by the following technical paths:
Dimensional accuracy control
The mold adopts high-strength solid column penetrating structure and cooperates with servo drive system, so that the length error of the product is ≤±1mm and the chamfer dimension deviation is controlled within 0.5 mm. The equipment supports the rapid replacement of 12 kinds of molds, and can produce special-shaped components such as straight plate, arc and inclined plane.
Physical performance guarantee
Through the variable pressure technology, the density of the product reached 2.45 g/cm, and the water absorption decreased below 3%. The measured results show that the number of freeze-thaw cycles of roadside stones using this technology is more than 50 times, which meets the requirements of cold areas.
Appearance quality optimization
The closed silo and pulse dust removal system control the dust emission concentration below 10 mg/m, and cooperate with the Teflon coating on the surface of the mold to make the surface smoothness of the product reach Ra0.8 standard, and the color difference value δ E is less than or equal to 1.5.
