What should be noted for the maintenance of environmentally friendly large brick machine equipment in different seasons?
The maintenance needs of environmentally friendly large brick machine equipment vary in different seasons. Here are some maintenance suggestions for different seasons:
1、 Winter maintenance
Temperature control: In cold winter, especially in the Northeast region, low temperatures may have a serious impact on equipment. Therefore, after the production line is shut down, the following maintenance work should be done as soon as possible:
All hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pump station should be drained to prevent it from freezing.
The PLC control cabinet should be placed indoors to prevent low-temperature water vapor from freezing and causing short circuits in the circuit after melting.
If rubber hydraulic hoses are used, they should be removed in a timely manner and placed indoors to prevent freezing and thawing from reducing the lifespan of the hoses and causing oil leakage.
For radiators, when the weather reaches below 0 ℃, the water should be drained to prevent freezing damage; When the temperature exceeds -15 ℃, the radiator should be removed and placed indoors.
Change the oil inside the vibration box, use oil below grade 30 to reduce the viscosity of the oil, in order to avoid problems such as slow machine vibration, slow starting vibration, and easy motor burning.
Before starting up, ensure that the cement brick machine has completely thawed to avoid losses caused by freezing.
Equipment inspection: In winter, the steel frame structure, transmission box, and various components of the equipment should also be regularly checked for flexibility and minor cracks to avoid damage and expansion caused by low temperatures. If rust is found, rust prevention treatment, repair, and painting should be carried out in a timely manner to prevent excessive winter precipitation from aggravating the rust.
2、 Summer maintenance
Heat dissipation and cooling: High temperatures in summer may cause equipment to overheat and affect normal operation. Therefore, attention should be paid to the following aspects:
The equipment should be parked in a cool place as much as possible, avoiding direct sunlight exposure.
Regularly clean the heat pipe radiator of the hydraulic system to maintain good heat dissipation.
Adjust the daily routine to prevent equipment from working under high load for a long time.
When the brake and other parts are overheated, water should not be used to cool down. Other appropriate cooling methods should be used.
Lubrication and maintenance: In summer, special summer oil should be used to replace motor oil and lubricating oil for various parts, and the oil amount should be kept appropriate. Regularly check for oil leakage and replenish it in a timely manner.
Circuit and safety: The connectors of each power circuit should be sturdy, aging routes need to be replaced, and the storage capacity of fuses should meet reliable usage standards. The equipment should be randomly equipped with fire extinguishers to ensure safe production.
Cleaning and filtering: Pay attention to the damage of rain and dust to the equipment, and replace various filter elements regularly.
In general, whether in winter or summer, equipment should be regularly inspected and maintained comprehensively to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life. At the same time, operators should strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid damage to the equipment caused by human factors.
