Precautions for using brick machines
The precautions for using a brick machine mainly include the following aspects:
Safe operation:
It is strictly prohibited to use damaged or malfunctioning brick machines for work, and timely repairs and replacements must be carried out.
Operators must stand behind the control panel, maintain an appropriate distance, and ensure safety.
When operating the brick machine, operators must concentrate and strictly prohibit behaviors such as noise, playfulness, and smoking.
During the operation of the brick machine, it is strictly prohibited to put hands, feet, or other objects inside the machine to avoid injury.
When there is a malfunction or abnormal situation in the brick machine, it must be stopped immediately and reported to the maintenance personnel for handling in a timely manner.
Operators must be familiar with the position and usage of the start, stop, and emergency stop buttons of the brick machine, so that they can quickly take measures in emergency situations.
Equipment installation and inspection:
The brick machine must be installed on a stable site and occupy a spacious area.
Before use, all wiring and interfaces should be checked for firmness and reliability, and electrical equipment should be in good condition.
Regularly inspect the dimensions of the mold, the condition of the welding joints, and carefully adjust the gaps, including the spacing between the indenter and the mold core, the indenter and the moving plane of the material cart, and the spacing between the mold frame and the wire plate.
Equipment maintenance:
Thoroughly clean and inspect the brick machine equipment before use every day, and provide appropriate lubrication and maintenance.
For brick machines that have not been used for a long time, self inspection should be conducted to observe the movement of mechanical components, and problems should be promptly resolved.
Regularly maintain the interior of the brick machine, clean dust and debris, and remove accumulated water.
Quality control and operating standards:
Use appropriate raw materials and avoid using materials that contain too much impurities and are not qualified.
During inspection and maintenance, the main power supply should be cut off and warning signs should be hung.
The cement in the storage hopper should be used up in a timely manner to prevent solidification.
The selection of hard aggregates should be suitable for the holes on the side of the mold box, and hard foreign objects should not be mixed in the material to prevent damage to the cement brick machine mold.
After the molding is completed, if there is not enough material, do not press down on the pressure head to form, in order to avoid damage to the synchronous structure of the pressure head cylinder and pressure head, which may cause the pressure head to be out of sync.
Always check whether the various travel switches of the cement brick machine equipment are in place. If they are loose, adjust and tighten them in a timely manner.
All bolts should be tightened before use.
Other precautions:
After the brick machine operation is completed, the power should be cut off, the surrounding area should be cleaned, and attention should be paid to ventilation.
Non staff members are not allowed to approach the moving parts of the equipment.
Non computer control cabinet operators are not allowed to press buttons at will to avoid personal injury and machine damage.
The solidified concrete on the support plate of the brick machine should be cleaned in a timely manner.
The vibration molding time should be strictly controlled. If the molding time is long and the pressure head cannot be pressed, the fabric amount needs to be adjusted.
Following the above precautions can ensure the safe and efficient use of brick machines, extend equipment life, and improve product quality.
