        1. The transmission system should operate flexibly without any abnormal sound.
        2. Each part should not leak oil, the total oil leakage point of mechanical transmission parts should not exceed one, and the total oil leakage point of hydraulic transmission parts should not exceed two.
        3. The transmission system adopts chain transmission, and the chain and sprocket should not have any biting phenomenon. The chain tensioning device should be easy to adjust, firmly connected, and have good lubrication.
        4. Adopting a belt drive transmission system, the pulley should be aligned, evenly stressed, and can be easily adjusted for tightness.
        5. The guide column is well lubricated and properly matched, with no jamming or shaking during operation!
        6. The gearbox shall operate continuously for one hour under rated operating conditions, and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil for the gear reducer shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. The temperature rise of the lubricating oil for the turbine reducer shall not exceed 60 degrees Celsius, and the oil temperature shall not exceed 85 degrees Celsius!
        7. The components of the hydraulic system should be arranged in an orderly manner, with clear pipeline routing, whether neat or not, firmly connected, easy to assemble and inspect, and the hydraulic oil temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius!
        The appearance quality of the cement brick machine should meet the following requirements:
        1. The paint should be uniform, flat, and glossy. The surface should be dry and not stick to the hands. And there should be no wrinkling, peeling, paint leakage, flow marks, bubbles or other phenomena.
        2. The cover should not have hammer marks exceeding 15mm or surface protrusions, the edges should be smooth and round, and the installation position should be correct, firm and reliable.
        3. The exposed parts of the parts should undergo rust prevention treatment, and the surface of the casting should be smooth and flat, without sand holes, air holes, protruding pouring stomas, and other burrs.
        4. The weld seam should be aesthetically pleasing, without any missing welds, cracks, crater, slag inclusion, burning through, biting, or other defects. The width of the same weld seam should be consistent.
