The specific data of the subsidies are determined according to the size of the cities. The municipality directly under the Central Government has 600 million yuan per year. The provincial capital city is 500 million yuan a year, and the other cities are 400 million yuan. If the PPP model reaches a certain proportion, 10% will be awarded according to the above subsidy base. It is reported that major cities have been declared as pilot cities, including provincial capitals such as Nanning and Shijiazhuang.

What is "Sponge City"?
