Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025 Demonstration Project
In order to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, our city took the lead in implementing the demonstration project of "NC Generation" and "Made in China 2025" in the whole province, and fully implemented "Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025". Municipal Party Committee and municipal government attach great importance to it. They have held several special meetings such as the enlarged meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and the Standing Meeting of the Municipal Government to study, deploy and promote work, promulgate supporting policies, increase publicity efforts, speed up the research and development of numerical control products, and do a good job in application demonstration work, so as to achieve solid results. The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the provincial government attach great importance to the construction of Quanzhou's "NC Generation" demonstration project and the "Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025" work, and give full affirmation and strong support. The Ministry of Science and Technology has listed Quanzhou as a pilot project of regional construction of "NC Generation". The provincial government has issued a special support policy on "Several Measures for Supporting Quanzhou to Accelerate"NC Generation"and Promote the Development of Intelligent Equipment Industry". With the help of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, our city began to do a good job in the compilation of Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025. On March 25 this year, the State Council deliberated and approved "Made in China 2025" and published it publicly. Then, our city publicly released "Made in Quanzhou 2025" to the whole country, becoming the first city in the whole country. We also made great efforts to organize and implement it, and strive to build Quanzhou into a strong manufacturing city by 2025. Leaders of provincial Party committees and provincial governments have made important instructions on many occasions and visited Quanzhou for guidance. They have participated in on-site meetings and given Quanzhou all-round support. On April 27, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council visited Quanzhou, fully affirming the construction of Quanzhou's demonstration project of "NC Generation" and the work of "Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025", demanding speeding up the implementation of "Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025" and promoting Quanzhou's equipment to move towards the middle and high end and striving to be in the forefront of the country.
Through the in-depth implementation of the demonstration project of "NC Generation" and "Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025", the mechanical equipment industry in our city has been promoted to develop towards NC, automation and intellectualization. A number of leading enterprises in the industry have emerged, and new functional equipment industries such as industrial robots have developed rapidly. A number of NC equipment and NC technology achievements with intellectual property rights have been developed, especially in high-end numbers. Great breakthroughs have been made in the research and development of control airport, textile and shoemaking machinery, building materials machinery, industrial robots and other equipment, which to a certain extent meet the needs of digital control and functional equipment in the transformation and upgrading of Quanzhou's leading industries.
In order to implement the "Quanzhou Municipal People's Government's Opinions on Accelerating the Implementation of"NC Generation"to Promote the Development of Intelligent Equipment Industry", in 2014, our city identified 56 demonstration project products and issued a special support policy to encourage local NC equipment manufacturers and application manufacturers to dock and actively promote the implementation of the project. In 2015, 85 numerical control products and robots with advanced technology, higher numerical control and automation water products and greater impact on the industry were selected to be Quanzhou demonstration project products, and to do a good job in market promotion and policy support.
The product of demonstration project is an important achievement of our city's vigorous implementation of "NC Generation" demonstration project construction, implementation of "Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025" and promotion of intelligent equipment development, representing the development of our city's equipment manufacturing industry aquatic products. In order to promote the popularization and application of demonstration project products, Quanzhou Economic and Credit Commission has compiled the Product Publicity Manual of Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025 Demonstration Project, which focuses on displaying the achievements of promoting the implementation of Quanzhou Manufacturing 2025 in our city, promoting the wide application of numerical control technology and intelligent technology in various kinds of equipment, integrating and innovating a number of numerical control equipment and systems, industrial robots, and promoting the development of intelligent equipment industry. And in Quanzhou traditional advantages of industrial areas to promote the application of industrial equipment numerical control, intelligent level, promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
