Timeline for the Spring 2016 Canton Fair

Hongyi Machinery welcomes guests from home and abroad to Guangzhou for the 119th Spring Canton Fair.

Exhibition time: April 15, 2016

　　 1. If the construction units or exhibitors need to work overtime during the first phase, please go to the customer service center's on-site service counter in the region before 16:00 on the same day to handle the overtime formalities; the second and third phase are all overnight operations, without overtime formalities;
　　2. From 19:00 to 24:00 on April 9, the special-loading exhibition construction unit in the special-loading area may transport materials into the exhibition booth, but may not construct them.
　　The time schedule of the 119th Canton Fair refers to the time of the previous Spring Fair. If there is any change, the official announcement of the 119th Canton Fair shall prevail. The Canton Fair will not accept any application for delayed withdrawal of the first and second phases. The third period is May 5. Enterprises that need to apply for the withdrawal of overtime exhibition can handle the overtime formalities at the service counter of the local customer service center from 9:30 to 17:00 on the same day.
