Technical features: The vertical shaft planetary concrete mixer has the following features: 1.It has high mixing efficiency and good uniformity because the improvement of the mixing speed and reasonable distribution of the mixing blades. 2.The mixer has high reliability because of the specific reducer which has high safety coefficient. 3.The maintenance is simple and convenient because of the large access door. 4.This machine is quite safe because it is equipped with scram button and the power is off when the access door is open. Motion trail: The revolution speed and rotational velocity of the mixing blade is decided after careful study and continuous testing, so that the mixer can reach the maximum productivity when mixing aggregate of various diameters and specific gravity without segregation. The movement trail of the material in the mixing tank is smooth and continuous. When the revolution device rotates once, the motion trail of the mixing blade can cover the whole mixing tank.  Transmission device: The transmission device adopts hardened face gear reducer specially designed by Hongyi. The stirring arm can realize rotation and revolution under the function of the power. The scraper blade arm can also realize revolution. So the mixing motion trail is quite complex because of the rotation and revolution. The stirring is vigorous, the mixing efficiency is high and the mixing quality is uniform.  Safety device of the lifting hopper: During the lifting of the hopper, the safety device can ensure that the material will not rush out from the top of the lifting hopper.  Mixing device: 1.The stirring arm and blade adopts planetary motion. The motion trail is smooth and continuous, the stirring is vigorous and the mixing uniformity is good. 2.The mixing blade is installed with reasonable angle so that the mixing efficiency is high, and the abrasion of the liner and blade can be reduced. 3.The bottom scraper blade can clean up the material at the bottom and the side scraper blade can clean up the side material which means that the mixer has the function of automatic cleaning. 4.The bottom scraper can realize material mixing and improve discharging speed at the same time.  Sprayer: The spray pipe is equipped with a specially designed spray nozzle which can produce mist with large coverage so that the material mixing can be more uniform. Which means that it can improve mixing efficiency.  Unloading device: The unloading device has optional transmission modes: pneumatic or hydraulic. The position and number of the discharging door (up to three) can be decided according to customers' requirements. 1.The discharging door is equipped with specific sealing strip which has high reliability. 2.The hydraulic pump station has manual discharging device which can realize manual material discharging in the mixing tank in emergency.   Access door: 1.The mixer is equipped with a large access door so that the maintenance is quite convenient; 2.The access door has specific sealing strip which is quite reliable; 3.The door is equipped with a safety switch which can cut off the power when the access door is open, thus ensuring operation safety. Viewing port: The access door is equipped with a viewing port which can be used to observe the mixing situation without cutting off the power. |
