Practice guide for maintenance of fully automatic brick making machine
1、 Equipment characteristics and maintenance value
The fully automatic brick making machine achieves full process automation of raw material proportioning, mixing, fabric distribution, pressing and stacking through a PLC intelligent control system, with an hourly output of thousands to tens of thousands of standard bricks. Its core components include hydraulic system, mold, electrical control system, and vibration forming device. Regular scientific maintenance can extend the service life of equipment by 15% -30%, reduce the failure rate by more than 40%, and ensure that the brick forming strength reaches over 15MPa, which meets the standards of load-bearing building materials.
2、 Key points of daily maintenance
Cleaning and inspection mechanism
After each shift of production, residual materials from molds, conveyor belts, and mixers need to be cleaned to prevent concrete hardening and damage to equipment. Before starting up daily, check the tightness of screws, belt tension, and lubrication status of chains. If a belt or roller with a diameter wear exceeding 20% or 10% is found to be worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The hydraulic system needs to check the oil level daily to ensure that the oil level is at 2/3 of the oil window and the oil temperature is controlled within the range of 35-45 ℃.
Lubrication system management
The reducer uses 220 # gear oil to be replaced every 500 hours, and the bearing parts are filled with 3 # lithium grease every 200 hours. The hydraulic system filter element is replaced every 2 months, and the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil is tested by comparing it with a transparent glass cup. When the viscosity of the oil changes by more than ± 15% or the impurity content exceeds 0.02%, the oil needs to be replaced immediately.
3、 Regular maintenance and in-depth practice
Mold maintenance cycle
The mold needs to undergo dimensional accuracy testing for every 30000 bricks produced. When the wear exceeds 0.5mm, it needs to be repaired or replaced by welding. Apply specialized release agent after each use to ensure the surface smoothness of the brick.
Electrical system maintenance
Check the insulation layer of the wires every month and use a megohmmeter to test the grounding resistance, which should be ≤ 4 Ω. Regularly clean the dust in the control cabinet, with a focus on checking the erosion of the contactor contacts. When the contact surface wear exceeds 1mm, it needs to be replaced.
Hydraulic system maintenance
Hydraulic oil sampling and testing shall be conducted quarterly, and the metal particle content shall be detected through a spectral analyzer. The oil cylinder seal should be replaced every 2 years. When the oil temperature rises abnormally by more than 50 ℃, the cooling system should be checked, the water cooler should be cleaned, and the stability of the compressed air pressure should be tested.
4、 Seasonal maintenance strategy
During the high temperature period in summer, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of the cooling system to ensure that the cooling fan speed is not less than 1200r/min and the cooling water pipeline is unobstructed. In low temperature environments during winter, it is necessary to replace the low-temperature hydraulic oil. Preheat for 15 minutes before starting to avoid abnormal system pressure caused by high viscosity of the hydraulic oil.
5、 Special scenario handling standards
Before long-term shutdown of the equipment, it is necessary to clean it, loosen the belt, and apply rust proof oil. When re enabling, a no-load trial run is required to check the flexibility of each component. When a asynchronous fault occurs in the vibration motor, the phase difference of the motor should be detected by a vibration spectrum analyzer, and after adjustment, the synchronization error between the two motors should be ensured to be ≤ 0.1%.
