Characteristics and application analysis of wall panel machine
Wall panel machine is an industrialized equipment for producing building partition panels, which achieves assembly line operation through automatic water feeding and grouting forming processes. The core principle is to mix cement, gypsum, lightweight aggregates (such as fly ash and perlite), and fibers in a predetermined ratio, press them into shape through molds, and then achieve curing and solidification through temperature and humidity control. In terms of technical standards, according to the "Technical Requirements for Prefabricated Building Wall Panels" JG/T578-2021, wall panels must meet indicators such as air dry density ≤ 50kg/m ³, flexural load ≥ 1400N, and thermal resistance ≥ 1.35 (m ² · k)/w. Equipment parameters such as board making speed of 1.1-1.7m/min, main motor power of Y132S-4 type 5.5kW, vibrator power of ZW10B-1.1 type 1.1kW ensure production stability. The size of the molding cavity needs to be accurately controlled, with a gap of 1.5-2.5mm between the vibration plate and surrounding components, and a height difference of 1.5-2mm between the scraper blades to ensure the flatness of the board.
Diversified application scenarios, covering areas such as building walls, cold storage, airport foundations, etc. In residential buildings, its lightweight characteristics result in walls weighing only one-third of solid brick walls, which can increase the usable area by 10%; In industrial buildings, the fire and waterproof performance is suitable for the needs of warehouses and factories. The environmental advantages are significant, with over 60% of industrial waste (such as fly ash and slag) being utilized. The annual comprehensive utilization of solid waste reaches 1.1 billion tons, saving 1.8 million acres of land, which is in line with the policy orientation of land conservation, energy conservation, and waste utilization.
In terms of economic value, the cost of producing lightweight wall panels per square meter is about 19-25 yuan, with a market price of 40-50 yuan. An annual production capacity of 50000 square meters can achieve a profit and tax of about 1.5 million yuan. The construction efficiency has been significantly improved, and the installation speed is five times faster than traditional brick walls, shortening the construction period. Equipment maintenance requires regular inspection of the gearbox oil level, vibrator bearings, and oil seals. After running for 1800 hours, the gear oil needs to be replaced to ensure long-term stable operation.
