Modernization of Building Materials Production with Fully Automatic Cement Brick Machines
With the rapid development of the construction industry, cement bricks have drawn increasing attention as an important building material. Fully automatic cement brick machines, featuring relatively high efficiency, environmental protection, and energy saving, have gradually become key equipment for brick manufacturers to improve production capacity and product quality.
A fully automatic cement brick machine integrates modern machinery and automatic control technology. It is mainly used to mix raw materials such as cement, sand, ash, and mineral powder in specific proportions, then form bricks through pressing and steam curing processes. Thanks to its automation level, the machine can automatically complete multiple stages including raw material weighing, mixing, forming, and curing, reducing manual labor and ensuring production stability and consistency.
Regarding performance, the production capacity of fully automatic cement brick machines varies by model. Common models on the market can produce between 5,000 and 20,000 bricks per day. The forming pressure typically ranges from 30 to 80 MPa, ensuring the bricks meet the strength requirements outlined in the national standard GB/T 17671-2021 "Test Methods of Strength for Cement Mortar." The equipment is controlled by a PLC system and equipped with a touchscreen interface, allowing operators to monitor production status and adjust parameters conveniently.
In terms of environmental protection, fully automatic cement brick machines are equipped with dust removal facilities and wastewater recycling systems to reduce dust and wastewater discharge to the greatest extent possible, complying with the environmental standards described in the "Technical Specification for Resource Utilization of Construction Waste" (JGJ/T 304-2013). Additionally, the automation helps reduce energy consumption and improve raw material utilization, contributing to greener production.
Regarding maintenance and usage, the machine’s design is reasonable, primarily using high-strength steel to ensure durability and operational stability. Regular maintenance includes lubricating transmission parts, inspecting electrical systems, and replacing worn components, typically with a comprehensive check once a week. The equipment is designed for ease of operation, allowing workers to become proficient after short-term training, thereby improving production flexibility.
Overall, fully automatic cement brick machines play an important role in the green transformation and intelligent manufacturing of the construction industry due to their automated, environmentally friendly, and stable operation characteristics. With ongoing technological advances and expanded applications, these machines are expected to contribute further to improving building material quality and resource conservation.
