Can cement brick making machine be called unburned brick machine
In general, directly equating a "cement brick making machine" with a "non fired brick machine" may not be entirely accurate, although the two have similarities in some aspects, there are still some key differences between them.
Cement brick making machine:
It is a machine that uses cement as the main or important raw material to make bricks. It may also require auxiliary materials such as sand and stones to mix into concrete or similar materials, and then shape the materials into bricks through pressing, vibration, and other methods.
The bricks produced by this machine usually require curing and possible firing processes (although some modern technologies may allow cement bricks to reach sufficient strength without firing) to achieve their final performance.
Baking free brick machine:
It emphasizes that traditional firing steps are not required in the production process. It uses various industrial wastes, waste residues (such as fly ash, slag, coal gangue, etc.), as well as sand, stone powder, etc. as raw materials. Through specific ratios and pressing processes, the materials are tightly combined and solidified into bricks with sufficient strength.
The bricks produced by non burning brick machines have the advantages of environmental protection, low cost, and high resource utilization, and have therefore been widely used in the modern construction industry.
Therefore, although cement brick making machines may produce bricks that do not require firing through special processes or formulas in some cases, we usually do not directly refer to them as "unburned brick machines". On the contrary, 'unburned brick machines' focus more on describing machines specifically designed for producing environmentally friendly bricks that do not require firing.
Overall, there may be differences between cement brick making machines and unburned brick making machines in terms of raw material selection, production processes, and final product characteristics. When choosing which machine to use, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as specific production needs, environmental requirements, and economic costs.
