Lightweight wall panel machine is a device used for producing lightweight partition panels. The following are the precautions to be taken when using a lightweight wall panel machine:

        1. Regular inspection and maintenance:

        ① Regularly check the oil level of the gearbox, and if it approaches the lower limit, immediately replenish it to the upper limit. HL-30 gear oil should be added in summer, and HL-20 gear oil should be added in winter. It is strictly prohibited to mix different grades of gear oil.

        ② Timely replace oil seals and bearings to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

        ③ Regularly check the lubricating grease for the rolling bearings of the vibrator, using composite calcium based grease, and replace it every 150-200 hours of operation of the vibrator. The appropriate amount should be filled with one-third of the bearing cavity to avoid bearing overheating.

        2. Proper operation of vibrator:

        ① During transportation and operation, attention should be paid to handling the vibrator gently to prevent damage from knocking.

        ② The exterior of the casing should be kept clean to avoid obstructing the motor's heat dissipation.

        ③ If there is abnormal sound, vibration, or burnt odor during the operation of the vibrator, the power should be immediately disconnected and the machine should be stopped for inspection.

        3. Precautions during the squeezing operation of the wall panel machine:

        ① If there is a poor quality of the board making and a serious decrease in the forming speed, the machine should be stopped to inspect vulnerable parts such as the mixing blade, wall panel, and vibration board, and dealt with in a timely manner.

        ② When replacing the stirring blade, it should be replaced symmetrically to ensure even feeding.

        4. Safety production:

        ① Operators must follow the operating procedures and safety instructions, and it is strictly prohibited to change the working parameters of the equipment without authorization.

        ② Operators must wear safety protective equipment, such as helmets, goggles, etc.

        ③ During the processing, it is strictly prohibited to put hands or other objects inside the machine to avoid accidents.

        ④ After processing, clean the machine and working environment in a timely manner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the equipment.

        ⑤ The foundation of each equipment, the formwork, and the track for the operation of the shuttle car must be reliably grounded, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω.

        ⑥ When operating the equipment, carefully observe and confirm that there are no personnel or other obstacles on the track ahead of operation.

        5. Personnel training and management:

        ① The operators of the wall panel production line equipment must undergo job training and pass the assessment before being certified to work.

        ② Strictly prohibit unrelated personnel from entering the equipment operation area.

        ③ Set up a yellow line for the operation of the molding mold. When the shuttle car is not aligned with the current track, it is strictly prohibited to operate the molding mold car on the current track into the yellow line.

        ④ When the equipment malfunctions, it is necessary to first stop running the faulty equipment and notify other positions on the production line in order to adjust the operating rhythm of each position on the production line.

        By following the above precautions, the normal operation of the lightweight wall panel machine can be ensured, production efficiency can be improved, and the safety of operators can be guaranteed.
