The process of cement brick making machine
Cement brick making machines are mainly used to produce wall bricks and pavement bricks, and have a history of more than ten years in China. At present, it is widely used throughout the country. With the support of national policies, the production and quality of cement brick making machines have been greatly improved, gradually becoming a new type of building materials industry. Let's learn about the production process and related equipment of cement brick making machines together.
Mechanical pressing technology is the main process for producing solid clay bricks, which is a simple and effective production process without any pollution, but its cost is relatively high. This process includes the following steps:
(1) Raw material preparation: Firstly, mix limestone, fly ash, coal gangue, and other building materials in a certain proportion, and mix them with water in a certain proportion to form mortar. Then, add them to the mold. Then, use a hammer to put the cement and sand into the mold and compact it with a machine. Finally, check if the compactness of the cement is qualified and carry out drying treatment.
(2) Forming: When forming, put the mixture into the mixer and add an appropriate amount of water for stirring. Then, place the evenly mixed mortar into the mold. Finally, place the formed bricks into the kiln for firing.
(3) Drying: After the bricks are made, they need to be dried. Then put the dried bricks into the dryer for drying.
(4) Pressing: The dried bricks can be pressed in a cement brick making machine. The pressing process is formed by machine pressing. This method is suitable for the production of products such as solid clay bricks and pavement bricks.
In the production process of cement brick making machine, the raw materials that have undergone natural drying are mixed evenly with water, then loaded into a mold, and then pressed into shape. Finally, natural drying is carried out. The cement brick making machine adopts a natural drying method, which can greatly reduce the production cost of cement products. Because cement products do not require high temperature and high pressure during the production process, there are no special requirements for their moisture content.
Cement brick making machines generally use natural drying methods to ensure the moisture content of the bricks. Natural drying refers to controlling the drying temperature within the range of 40~60 ℃, and after the moisture content of the naturally dried bricks meets the requirements, the next process can proceed. After the moisture content of the bricks meets the requirements, dehydration treatment needs to be carried out. Because the bricks are wet before forming, in order to ensure the quality of the bricks, it is necessary to dehydrate them.
Generally, gravity dewatering and rotary kiln dewatering methods are used to complete the process. In actual production, vacuum dehydration can also be used to achieve the drying of brick billets. In order to ensure the dehydration effect, a vacuum pump is generally installed in the cement brick making machine equipment for dehydration operation.
Compression molding is a process in which the green body is compressed and pressurized under mechanical pressure, and the density and strength of the green body are improved through the porosity of the green body. The molding process mainly consists of a pressing mechanism, a forming mechanism, and a moving mechanism.
The pressing mechanism is composed of a press machine, a pressing beam, a top beam, a pressing shaft, a pressure box, a high-pressure spring, etc. Its main function is to load the billet (including forming blocks) into the machine from the mold cavity, and after pressurization and holding, form a billet with a certain strength to complete the production process of various brick billets.
The forming mechanism consists of a mold device, a filling device, and an upper mold device. The filling device mainly loads the already installed billet into the mold, filling the mold cavity with the billet; The upper mold device mainly presses the pre installed billet into the mold to complete the forming process of the billet.
The motion mechanism consists of a transmission device and a motion mechanism, and its main function is to transfer the pressure inside the mold cavity to the pressure box and adjust the pressure box.
