Introduction to the Production Line of Cement Brick Making Machine
The cement brick making machine production line is an automated brick making system that includes multiple equipment and systems for mixing, shaping, curing, and packaging raw materials. Here is a brief introduction to the production line:
Raw material processing system: used for screening, classifying, and crushing raw materials. The crushed raw materials are transported by a hoist to the gypsum silo for grinding processing, and then transported to the bonding material silo and fly ash silo for storage.
Ingredient mixing system: The crushed raw materials are mixed and processed. The mixing hopper will add ingredients such as aggregates, cement, fly ash, water, and additives. After automatically calculating the weight, they are sent to the mixer. After thorough stirring, it is lifted into the digestion chamber using a hoist for digestion and decomposition of raw materials and impurities.
Forming system: The digested raw materials are transported by a belt conveyor to a roller mill for leveling, and then transported to a hydraulic forming machine for pressing and forming. The molding machine adopts a five step pressurization and three step exhaust process, which allows the air contained in the powder to be smoothly discharged during the pressing process, resulting in high strength and less cracking of the brick blank, low shrinkage rate, and high product quality.
Autoclave curing system: After molding, it is transported to the autoclave by a shuttle car for autoclave curing. The steam curing car feed machine is a device that automatically supplies steam curing cars and accurately positions them, connected to the hydraulic forming machine control system. After the current steam curing vehicle is full, the program gives a command, and the feed machine pushes the full roof to the next station, while accurately pushing an empty vehicle to the bottom of the billet machine for positioning, and then automatically returns. Another empty vehicle is added to the feed machine and used in the next cycle, achieving automatic control of steam curing vehicle positioning and feeding.
Finished product packaging and stacking system: After steam curing is completed, use a palletless packaging unit to package the finished bricks. After packaging is completed, the finished products will be transported to an open space for stacking and waiting for shipment.
