Installation and commissioning steps of cement brick machine
The installation and debugging steps of the cement brick machine are as follows:
1. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, all components should be checked for completeness and damage.
2. Check for missing components based on the list, and prepare in advance for the wiring, tools, hydraulic oil, etc. required during the installation process.
3. Check the levelness of the installation foundation, and after meeting the requirements, lift the cement block brick machine, place the anchor bolts, adjust the base, and minimize the horizontal error of the equipment workbench.
4. Place the control and hydraulic pump station according to the installation manual, and connect the hydraulic pipelines and circuits.
5. After installation, strict inspection should be carried out. After meeting the requirements, the equipment should be debugged according to the user manual, and the sequence should not be disordered.
6. When the cement block brick machine can produce bricks normally, and the cutting strength and appearance dimensions meet the requirements, it can be considered as debugging completion.
7. Then tighten the anchor bolts and perform maintenance on components such as columns and hydraulic pumps.
8. Before starting work, the new equipment needs to be run for an hour without load, and then run with additional materials.
In addition, there are some precautions:
1. The wiring operation of the cement block brick machine can be adjusted according to the working environment, and can choose from 220VAC to 24VAC, or long-distance transformer and centralized power supply methods.
2. Attention should be paid to selecting cement block brick machines with higher output power during wiring operations, and appropriately advancing the output voltage to bear the voltage drop of the line.
3. Whether the driving voltage meets the requirements, check with a multimeter, and measure the voltage of one end of the power line under load to see if it is within the required range of the equipment.
4. After connecting the power supply to the cement block brick machine, pay attention to the direction of the motor. If it is reversed, it indicates that the circuit is reversed and should be replaced.
5. Leakage protectors should be installed inside the control cabinet to ensure the normal operation of equipment and the safety of operators.
6. If there is noise or abnormal vibration during the debugging process, the machine should be stopped for inspection until the fault is resolved.
After installation and debugging, the machine should be regularly maintained and serviced:
1. Before use, check whether the bolts in each part of the machine are loose, add lubricating oil to the lubricating parts, check whether the electrical circuits are intact, and whether the machine is running normally.
2. After the first start-up of 150-300 hours, the gearbox should be replaced with gear oil. Change the gear oil every 1500 hours during normal use.
3. Check the bolts before work, add lubricating oil and test run the machine. Clean and scrub in a timely manner after work to avoid the formation of scale, damage to the machine, and affect work. It is strictly prohibited to clean with water during cleaning to avoid damaging electrical components.
4. The gap between the scraper of the feeding mechanism and the bottom plate of the feeding drum should not exceed 2mm; The gap between the bottom surface of the feeding mechanism's feeding cylinder and the large plate should not exceed 0.5mm; The gap between the adjustment ring of the upper material barrel of the feeding mechanism and the feeding plate should be 0.5-1mm; Adjust the height of the track so that the mold surface after pushing out the brick blank should be 1mm higher than the plate surface (thin iron sheet is allowed to be used for adjustment on the track and support surface); Adjust the eccentric shaft of the brick pressing mechanism to press the required brick blank.
