How to distinguish lightweight wall panels
The differentiation method for lightweight wall panels is as follows:
Lightweight partition board: a new type of energy-saving wall material, resembling a hollow floor slab, composed of various industrial waste residues such as harmless phosphogypsum, lightweight steel slag, fly ash, etc., and maintained by variable frequency steam pressure. It has advantages such as light weight, high strength, multiple environmental protection, thermal insulation, sound insulation, breathing and humidity control, fire prevention, rapid construction, and reducing wall costs.
Fiber cement board: As a partition board, it requires the use of light steel keel to match the framework of the partition wall. Due to its high density, it has good insulation and sound insulation performance. However, the downside is that this type of board is more likely to be fragile. Its types include fiber cement pressure board, fiber cement non pressure board, chrysotile asbestos fiber cement board, non asbestos fiber cement board, etc.
Calcium silicate board: As a partition board, it has advantages such as thermal insulation, waterproof and moisture-proof, lightweight and high-strength, good stability, and excellent fire resistance. It can easily meet the functions required in modern buildings, and the construction is simple.
Metal faced sandwich panel: one of the lightweight partition panels. The surface and bottom layer of the metal faced sandwich panel are made of metal sheets. The core material is thermal insulation material with a certain rigidity, with rock wool, hard foam plastic and other materials added, which has good bearing capacity. Therefore, it is also called "Sanmingzhi" panel.
Wood grain board: As a lightweight partition material, it is natural, green, environmentally friendly, lightweight, and easy to construct. However, its materials are not fire-resistant. It is recommended to take fire prevention measures for the board as much as possible before construction.
