Discussion on the noise problem of the overflow valve in the hydraulic system of permeable brick machine equipment
With the advancement of technology, various new types of mechanical equipment have been upgraded and optimized, and the new generation of intelligent machinery is gradually being widely used. For manufacturers of mechanical equipment, the wear and noise problems that occur after long-term use of mechanical equipment have become a major problem that troubles them. This article will discuss the noise problem of the overflow valve in the hydraulic system of permeable brick machine equipment.
The noise of the overflow valve may be caused by various factors, including oil vibration, cavitation, hydraulic impact, component impact, and friction. Firstly, uneven pressure may lead to a decrease in flow area and an increase in flow rate when the pilot type relief valve overflows under high pressure, resulting in uneven pressure distribution, vibration, and noise. In addition, issues such as the ovality of the cone valve and its seat, dirt adhesion at the guide valve port, and deformation of the pressure regulating spring may also cause vibration and noise of the cone valve.
In addition, the generation of cavities can also cause noise. When air is sucked into the oil or when the oil pressure is below atmospheric pressure, some of the air dissolved in the oil will precipitate and form bubbles. The sudden change in bubble volume can cause noise, and the generation of local hydraulic shock can lead to vibration and noise.
When the pilot relief valve of the permeable brick machine equipment is unloaded, pressure impact noise will occur due to the sudden drop in hydraulic circuit pressure. With the improvement of working conditions, this impact noise will become increasingly loud, mainly due to the short unloading time of the relief valve, which leads to hydraulic impact.
Mechanical noise may also originate from the impact of mechanical components and component friction caused by machining errors. When using permeable brick machine equipment, attention should be paid to the noise problem of the overflow valve in the hydraulic system, and corresponding measures should be taken to reduce and avoid the generation of noise, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
