The total exhibition size of the 120th Canton Fair is 595,000. The extension and layout of the exhibition area basically remain unchanged at the 119th session. The import exhibition area of the 120th Canton Fair maintains a scale of 20,000 square meters, and the product categories are still seven categories. The first stage exhibits electronics and household appliances, building materials and hardware, machinery and equipment, industrial raw materials, and the third stage exhibits food and agricultural products, household goods, textile fabrics.

On the Processing of Canton Fair Certificates (Notes)

1. If the exhibitors attend the 120th Canton Fair as their original documents after the 104th session, they must bring back their completed documents, which can be used only after registration.

2. If the staff, exhibitors and domestic purchasers of this Canton Fair have different identities or units or positions from those holding certificates, they should re-apply for certificates.

3. If the holder's legitimate IC certificate is found to be unregistered at the time of verification, it will be regarded as illegal use of the certificate. This certificate will be confiscated by the General Assembly and the holder will be refused admission to the library.

4. In view of the long-term repeated use of IC intelligent documents, please take care to keep them, guard against loss, refrain from bending, and avoid contact with strong magnetic field. Loss of documents will cause great hidden dangers to the security work of the General Assembly, so in principle, it can not be repaired. If necessary, I must write out the inspection or situation statement and explain the reasons. After signature by myself, the person in charge of the enterprise and the leader of the trading group, the head of the report team shall examine and sign the signature and submit it it to the head of the conference for approval. Each certificate charges 200 yuan for work-based service.

5. The processing scope of exhibitor's certificate, preparation certificate, withdrawal certificate, release strip and withdrawal vehicle certificate of export exhibition area is limited to the exhibition enterprises and their personnel belonging to this sub-group. Copies and photographs of identity cards are required for certification. Identity cards and photographs must meet the following requirements: the photocopy of the applicant's identity card (which requires the use of second-generation identity cards) must be able to clearly identify portraits and handwriting, and within the validity period. Photos must be 2-inch blue or white color photographs printed on photographic paper, with clear facial features and 2/3 of the head. The upper end of the picture is 2-3 mm from the top of the head and the lower end is 5-8 mm from the mandible. If the photos do not meet the requirements, the conference will not issue a certificate.
